Students & New Grads

Students and new graduates at the college/university level are continually being recruited by AIM Environmental Group to fulfill roles that are challenging and rewarding. Past experiences with employing these individuals have enabled us to retain top talent in fields such as engineering, biotechnology, and environmental science.

Our co-op and internship placements have allowed students to hold active roles on various projects that extend beyond internal administration and create a sense of ownership in tasks and responsibilities. By combining interactions with individuals at more experienced levels within the company, we observe these students building solid foundations in technical, creative, and practical skills that are vital for post-graduate work.

Our new graduate recruitment has been vital in company expansion and success. At AIM, we look for individuals that are able to transfer skills, knowledge, and experiences as a result of their respective learning institutions, into handling critical situations and opportunities that directly impact the company’s prospective growth.
